Our pièce de résistance is the OG Kouign Amann, a favorite from the Les Madeleines Salt Lake City bakery that Chef Romina continues to bake for Chez Nibs.

Chez Nibs also offers chocolatines (pain au chocolat), tarts, croissants, desserts, eclairs, cookies, and other seasonal French bakery delights.

*Kouign Amann is a rich buttery pastry from Brittany, France that was named 2012 Pastry of the Year by Food & Wine. Try it once and you’ll find yourself craving it again and again. (Les Madeleines was the first bakery west of the Mississippi and third in the U.S. to make and sell these delicious kouign amanns back in 2005!)
