Baking Class | Croissants

Learn the ins and outs of making your own flaky croissant at home. This class is mostly hands on. You’ll get to taste, take home dough to bake, and a pound of butter and enough yeast to make a batch to practice. Please select the date you’d like to attend. Classes are approximately 2.5 hours long and mostly on your feet. Starts at 6:30pm. Please note we can accept cancellations for a refund through the Friday before. After that, only store credit will be given.
